Still looking great
@novicegardenlover thank you Susan ☺️ it seems to love being in the greenhouse 😋
Great, so you can still enjoy them in there.
@novicegardenlover thankfully 😛 hoping it’ll keep going until spring but that’s just wishful thinking 😂
Such pretty flowers 🌸
@natii they’re cute aren’t they 😄 can see why it’s called false heather, really does resemble it 😋

Love the little flowers of this cupea!💘😍
@ShelleySnyder they’re so tiny 💟 seems to like the greenhouse more than the garden 😂
Mine do really good outside in summer 🤔💘😍
@ShelleySnyder I bought it in late summer and was outside til a few weeks back. Started losing its leaves and didn’t know if it was supposed to 🤪 brought it in the greenhouse and it has flourished
Oh I see!💘😍
@ShelleySnyder think you have a much better climate than cold uk 🤪
@gjones they contrast well don’t they ☺️ the white one looks even nicer when it flowers
We have every kind of climate there is here in the U.S. in my particular area we do get plenty of freezing temps through our winter, this cupea doesn't survive outside thru my winter 💘😍
@ShelleySnyder oh so you have them as annuals in your garden?
Oh yes! When I can find any of the cupheas I usually get them, I just love the little buggers!😄💘😍
@ShelleySnyder hadn’t seen one in the garden centre until this year. They’re beautiful, can see why you love them so much 💚
Oh! If you ever see the one that looks like a tiny orangish red cigar complete with an Ash on the end (amazingly it's called the cigar plant!😂😂) You must get that one! It's way cool!!💘😍

@gjones it’s certainly improved in the greenhouse. Didn’t appreciate the drop in temperature at all ❄️

Cataloguing
You have a lot of great looking plants/flowers😊💕
@gjones thank you 😊 reminded me of a heather/hebe cross so thought it’d be a nice addition to the garden/greenhouse. Didn’t realise it was a little on the tender side 🙈
@terrimclaughlin thank you so much Terri 😀
#cuphea
@brightcolours 💟
Nice 👌 Is that 2 separate plants?
@jeatacake I suspect it is but I bought it like this and there was no other info aside from ‘cuphea’ 😂
It looks like 1 plant, but 2 flower colours 🤔
@jeatacake I’ll have to give it a closer look tomorrow 😛 quite surprised it came back after winter 😜
Yes, I just looked at their write-up & they're supposedly only hardy down to 0C 🤔
@jeatacake must have had it well sheltered 😜
