These facinate me, aren't plants clever 💚💚💚
Great shot 😍😍
Magical plants 💚
@pelly they are incredible. Never stop being amazed by every single one 💚
@sherrisgarden thank you Sherri 😀
@gjones can only imagine how many new plants one fern could produce 😜 every frond is covered with them!
@alan1111 I couldn’t agree more 😛
Welcome Kerry 😘

Nice. I am slowing getting into ferns
@janetandjim I only have a few in a shady spot but they’re great plants aren’t they!
Pretty. #hollyfern #cyrtomium-fortunei #cyrtomium #fern
@lovestogarden much appreciated ☺️
There’s some very interesting looking ferns. At first I thought it was a snake lol. Hope your little guinea pigs are all good 😊💕
@terrimclaughlin I agree, they’re so unusual when new fronds are growing 🐍 the guinea pigs are great thank you 😁 just moved outside for the warmer weather which they love because they have a constant supply of grass 😂

More fern freckles @cyndi
@KelsiBriana we renamed them to try stop me being horrified by them 😂 remind me of chickenpox 🤢
@KelsiBriana much nicer way of looking at it than chickenpox 😂
@gjones 2 of the 3 are covered in these but the one I really would love more of isn’t showing any signs of impending motherhood 😞
@cyndi thanks Cyndi 😁
😂😂😂
@gjones she is a bit lonely stuck by herself with just impatiens for company 🤣

The spores freak me out so much 🙈
Maybe that botany class on ferns in college will actually be useful?
They are strange. Other types can have loads of these on the underside of the leaves 😮
They're weird to me too !! I had some on my Boston Fern and didn't realize what they were, so I cut that leaf off and threw it in the trash. Hahaha !!
@gjones it’s strange that this is the only leaf with them on too
@cyndi ☺️
@Liz3202 I wish 😂 I know nothing about them sadly but will have to find out more now
@jeatacake I don’t think I could look at them 😝 can they be used to grow more?
@debrascott that’s a good way to look at it Debra 😂 I’ll have to look into how I use them 😋
@sherrisgarden glad I’m not alone Sherri 😂 I had seen them online recently thankfully or I’d have done the same 🤣
@cyndi thank you so much 😁 means I could have loads of potential new ferns 😋 less freaked out now 😂
@cyndi I saw your photo, incredible amounts of spores you have! Will be a jungle around your house someday 😉
