Lovely flowers. I just looked at mine and the flowers are coming in deformed with mixed up colours. The leaves look faded too. I read about something called aster yellows which affects coneflowers. The only fix is to get rid of the plant so it does not spread. 🥺

@hkyfvr oh no 🙈 I’ve not heard of that but it sounds horrible, especially to lose the whole plant 😣

I had to bin it. Could not take the risk. I loved that plant but these things happen. 🥺

Especially with our new climate changes. We may have to be changing up a few things. More drought tolerant varieties 🤷‍♀️
