@jeatacake it’ll be my usual gravel border. Have a rectangle of gravel already in the middle of the grass but having the outside edge of the lawn gravelled too. Mostly because 2 edges won’t grow grass no matter what I try. Looks so bad that it’s all I can think to do, and means I get a whole new shade border too 😋

@jeatacake me either but going to take even longer since 5 tonne of gravel wasn’t enough to fill the borders 😂 another week and 3 more tonne should do it 🥵

Blimey! I take it that you're using a pretty thick layer?

@jeatacake the garden really slopes to one side so to keep it level they’ve made it sort of like a little raised bed. Would have taken weeks to flatten it to one level so easier to build it up a little. So in some places it’s 5-6” of gravel 😭 hopefully be worth it once it’s finished 🥵
