So pleased with this one this year 🤍 never stayed looking so good and hasn’t even needed staking 🤯 #hydrangea #hydrangea-incrediball
Looking good … mines very spindly 🤔
Beautiful and so many flowers. 💚🤍🤍💚
@KOutdoors thanks Karen 😃 it’s in a semi shaded area, getting sun in late afternoon 🤍
@gjones @hkyfvr thank you both 😄 not sure what I’ve done differently this year but it’s outdone itself!
@juliesgarden thanks Julie 😁 the ones I have in more sun have gone spindly too. Maybe that’s made them grow too fast 🤔
Always welcome 😍

Beautiful 🤍🤍🤍
Perfect name for such lovely blooms. 🤍🤍
@pelly @gjones @hkyfvr thanks ladies 🤍 was the first hydrangea I ever bought and still makes me happy to see it in bloom 😁
Very welcome Kerry. We always remember our first plants. 🤍💚🤍

It's coming on nicely 💚💚💚
They are lovely. Lacey looking. 🤍💚🤍
@pelly doing well so far, just gets so top heavy 😜 remembered to stake it early this year though 😌
@hkyfvr that’s what they remind me of 🤩 they look so pretty I have a zoomed in photo as my phone wallpaper 😅
That is a great idea. Must look so pretty. 🤍😍
@hkyfvr I do love a flower background 😛
Of course. The best background 🤍🤍👍😍

It's great when the flower heads appear 😍
@jeatacake it’s like all of a sudden it’s ready to burst into flower 😍 it’s taken a real beating from the wind the past few days though 😐
Same here. My white one (Annabelle) has come on in leaps and bounds & stood up well to the wind too 😊
@jeatacake I’m looking forward to seeing Annabelle in all her glory 😁
The smaller one I have in the front garden is very nearly in full flower as it's in full sun. Her much bigger sister in the back garden is in semi shade and is about a week behind. 👍
@jeatacake double trouble 😍

Love these hydrangea! ❤
Looking lush 💚💚
@maldavis you have this exact one if I remember correctly? The flower heads are so impressive when they’re in full bloom 😍
@jeatacake thanks Jeff ☺️ it’s so far ahead of the others. They took a hit from that last frost but this one wasn’t touched thankfully
Same with mine like this. It's strange as these look more delicate 🤔
@jeatacake strange isn’t it 😂 will never stop being equally amazed and confused by nature 🤣
That late frost really did have unexpected results which I can't really work out 🤔
@jeatacake it’s like it handpicked specific plants to ruin 🤯
Yes, that's a very good way of putting it. Almost as though there were several very small areas that were much colder than others, which would defy all common logic (& the laws of physics!) 🤪
@jeatacake a literal Jack Frost roaming our gardens, picking out the good stuff to frazzle 😤
Hmmm, maybe all the old stories & fairytales were true? 😯😉

😲 white hydrangea 😍
I just got a catalog with this on sale
It certainly is...👌🏼
@qn and the flower heads are huge too, almost basketball size 😍
@lesliecole49 you’d not be disappointed if you decide to get it 😋
@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom like flower footballs 😍
Do you have a job to stake them or are they not bad..
@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom I haven’t had to stake them yet and hoping I don’t have to 😜 they do get weighed down in the rain but soon perk up once they’ve dried off 😛
@gjones they’re huge too, so impressive! Really pleased how it’s come on this year ☺️
It's living up to its name alright 👌
@jeatacake don’t you just love it when that happens 😛
Yes, but you've got me thinking now about other appropriate names of plant varieties? 🤔 Or even inappropriate ones! 😄

Absolutely gigantic flower heads this year!
Stunning flowers and very pretty nails 😃💅💖
@gardengirlla thank you Maggie 😀
@pauline33 thank you Pauline ☺️ I couldn’t work out a way to show their size with one hand 🤣
The flower is beautiful. Such a pretty pink nail polish.
Beautiful flower,pretty nurturing fingers
@columbiariver thank you and thank you 😁😛
@gjones they’re actually as big as advertised this year. Didn’t think they’d ever really look like they do 😍
@laketitlow thank you Annette ☺️ not my best attempt at trying to show the size of a flower 🤣
@buzzygems thank you Busayomi 😁
@Jasonsparkes1 thanks Jason 😛

Love 'Incrediball'.
@maldavis it’s a great one isn’t it 😁 the flower heads are huge and get bigger every year. Had it 3 years now and it never fails to impress 😊
Looking great & a few days ahead of mine 👍
@gjones 🤣🤣🤣 I was waiting for it 😉 thanks Katy 😁 it’s just taken off this year. Think everything is becoming more established now my garden is in its 3rd year
@jeatacake didn’t know you had one 😜 I look forward to seeing yours in a few days 😁

Seems like a Tree 😄😄😊
@cyndi thank you Cyndi 😀
@gauravsh6 I wish it was 😍
Very nice like a tree of nature 👍😄
Beautiful pic 💕
@ublaszko thankfully it’s about 6 feet tall and had it on the bench to clear some leaves so the view from under it was too pretty not to capture 😛
@Keely @debs69 thank you both ☺️
My parents have this one and I have lots of pictures of it from all angles, including the underside. 😁 They're gorgeous. Too big for my garden though. I'm on the hunt for a miniature white hydrangea 👍
@ublaszko it is a big one! Mine isn’t even 2 years old yet 😔 I should have checked how big it would get 😂 but thankfully it has a nice little corner in front of the deck to shield it from the wind
They're big plants 😁 I have a lacecup hydrangea in my front garden but it's in front of my bay window and blocks all the light so unfortunately I prune it back and miss out on the flowers. Can't dig it up either as it's been there 20 years and belongs to my landlord. So chop it gets 😆
@ublaszko such a shame you can’t enjoy the flowers but they do get out of hand so quickly. You’d end up in total darkness if you left it 😬
When we moved in the living room was permanently dark because the shrubs in the front garden reached halfway up the bay windows 😁😅 One of the first things I did was to go out and buy secateurs to prune everything back by about 1m. 😥 It took me 3-4 days 😂😂

So many pretty blooms. 😍
@hkyfvr it’s loaded isn’t it! Wasn’t expecting much as it was slow to get going but it’s exploded in the recent heat we’ve had 🤍
It really is loaded. My macrophylla hydrangea has one bloom on it. Last year it had none. I think I will stick with the panicles as they seem to do better here. 🤔
@hkyfvr oh no ☹️ imagine if it just adds one flower head a year 🥴 wonder why this type doesn’t do as well 🤔
Cannot figure it out. It gets lots of water and feed and it just won’t flower. Hard to believe as it can grow both on old wood or from the crown. 🤔
@hkyfvr that is very odd given it can grow on old & new wood 🤔 perhaps it needs a position change?
I was thinking of moving it to my shade garden where my other hydrangeas are. Maybe just the morning sun will make it happy. I heard a YouTuber saying he had problems with his in zone 6 and we are zone 5. Most people stick to the panicles in colder climates I guess. 🤔
@hkyfvr shade could be all it needs 😁 I hope so because would be a shame to not have these types in your garden
I agree 😁
