That's happened with my newest one too with new growth since I got it. I was just hoping that when it gets bigger, it won't happen so much, if at all, as it's no more than a foot high at the moment 🤞
@jeatacake strange isn’t it. This one is very late flowering so I wonder if that’s why. The flowers just arrived too late to stand above the foliage 🤷🏻♀️
Have you had it long? I thought maybe mine had been kept in unnatural conditions before I bought it about a month ago & that that may be why? 🤔
@jeatacake got it early last year and it’s just flowered for the first time. My nan and sister both have one and they were in flower 6-ish weeks ago. Strange yours has done it as a new plant though 🤔
I guess we have no choice but to see how they go next year. Can't or shouldn't cut off the new growth! 😕
