@ublaszko this is the true colour of the one I posted the other day. Still thinking Pauline?
I didn't think it was Pauline 😜 Looks like Blue Note 💙💜💙
@ublaszko you’re right, I looked back and was Deborah & Rich. Thank you 😁 hope you’re feeling better 🙏🏻
😋 My neighbours have Pauline so I didn't think yours looked similar to theirs. Still full of cold but back at work 😕 Wish I could stay in bed and hope for Pudgy to come and join me 😌
@ublaszko it looks so different when taken on a proper camera to my phone 😜 can see why there’s lots of confusion when it comes to id-ing things 🤪 I bet she would have come snuggled eventually 😛
Beautiful colours..💙🖤🤍
Fabulous colour 💙👍
@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom thank you Elaine 😀
@jeatacake thank you Jeff 😃
It looks lovely 💜 whatever it is 👍🏼
@richard.spicer.7906 thanks rich 😁 I have no clue so happy just having it grow 😂

I don't know but I love it! 💙
How tall is it?
I can't remember right now. It will come to me 😅 I've seen it on here earlier this week.
💜💜💜
Looks like Pauline 🤔
Beautiful markings
Wow! What a beauty!💘😍
I think its Pauline, I tagged you in the link on mine.
It's a beauty whichever it is 💜
@anges thank you Ange 😀
@DeborahBanks it’s only a few inches high but I think you’re right, looks like Pauline. Thanks 😃

👌 I can’t wait for mine to start to bloom
Exciting!
Ooh already! I bought an Iris from Morrison's last year. It's called Kaboom but more of a Kafail 🙄it never flowered. Yours are looking good 😊😊💜💜
They're early but look soooo promising 👌💜💛💚
Ooooohhhhweeee! Looks like the color is going to be so cool!💘😍
I love how pretty they are even before they open.
Pretty just the way they are, will be even prettier when they open. 😍😍
@awomanonabike they’re always a highlight aren’t they 🤩
@ublaszko hadn’t even noticed them until today 😂
@midnightgardener they’re earlier than last year by about a month! I just looked up your iris, beautiful 💜 it’s a Siberian iris so think they flower in summer 🤔
@jeatacake I looked back and was mid February when they were in flower last year 😜 hope the frosts over the weekend don’t damage them 🙈

@ublaszko any idea which one this could be? #iris
@awomanonabike might know
Beautiful flower, stunning and dramatic 😍💜
Thanks for the recommendation Ruth ☺️ @sushiwaitress I’m not certain but could be ‘George’. Rich might know 🧐 @richard.spicer.7906
I reckon it's 'JS Dijt'. Same markings and colours as the one Jacqueline posted this morning. 'George' has yellow stripe on the falls. This looks orange. Also, 'George' is a rarer variety so less likely to be found in a mix of random colours. 'JS Dijt' seems more common and even Wilko stocked them last autumn. @awomanonabike @kez001uk
#irisreticulatajsdijt Check out the tag 😊
@kez001uk @awomanonabike @sushiwaitress I can't seem to be able to copy Rich's comment on how to ID 'George' and 'JS Dijt' but if you scroll to the previous picture and down the list of comments you'll see it. Basically, JS Dijt grows foliage and flowers at the same time and the flowers do not stand above the foliage like some of the other varieties. So, this is most likely JS Dijt 😥😁
This is a real stunner Kerry!💘😍
👏👏Well done Urszula. I think my JS Dijt must be misbehaving 😉😂 @ublaszko
I thought it looked just like the flower you posted this morning 😁 Sometimes there's variation on the photos depending on the sun. The pictures of 'George' in the encyclopedia link are different from what it actually looks like 😅 @awomanonabike
Certainly the colour is similar. Mine isn’t as ‘ragged’ but also hasn’t opened as far. It is so gorgeous Kerry 💜🖤💜 @ublaszko
Maybe Kerry's irises lead a tough life in Cambridge 😂😂😉 I think you'll see the feathery standards once the flower is fully open. Also, I noticed some of my flowers are more 'ragged' than others.

That's a great selection! Looks like you got some 'Harmony' (darker ones) and 'Clairette' (lighter ones) 💙💜💛
@ublaszko I was secretly waiting on you to ID them 😛 thank you Urszula 😁 I know there’s at least one more variety in here but it’s really different. If you scroll back to the beginning of these irises it’s a tiny deep purple one. Very strange looking too 😜
😂😂😂
I'm not 100% sure but it might be JS Dijt. I'll take some photos once my ones are in flower so we can compare them. And the good news is I didn't buy them from Wilko so they might actually be the right label 😁😁👍
Lovely
Beauties 💜😍💙
@ublaszko 🤣 wilko bulbs are a guessing game 🤣 looks like it could be that one or George 🤔
@gjones thanks Katy ☺️
@nej thanks Nej 😁
@jeatacake thank you Jeff 😊
Take more pics of it so you can compare the detail with pictures online. I think it's too dark for George, judging by this picture and Pauline which is also very dark violet doesn't have the yellow-orangey markings on the folds.
@ublaszko the beast from the east killed it off before it got chance to grow more last year. Hopefully can get some better photos this year 🤞🏻 thank you for your help as always 🙏🏻

Aaaa, jealous! You got Clairette in your mix! 😍😍😍
@ublaszko how are you so good with the names?!?!? 🤯
I have no idea 😂😂 I'm terrible with names of people, movies, streets but I can remember names of dogs/cats and flowers 😁😁
@ublaszko you remember the important things 😉
😁😁 I wish others have agreed with you, especially when I forget their names 😰
@ublaszko 😂🤣😂 they have to realise what are the priorities in your life 😉
😂😂😂 So true!

Beautiful
@jyotu thanks jyoty 😁 they are gorgeous flowers ☺️
Little beauties!!💘😍
@ShelleySnyder they’re only about 6 inches high 😍 just love them and hope they stick around for a while 😛
These are gorgeous! My Harmony look like they might be leaves but no flowers this year.
So cute! 🤗💘😍
@ublaszko oh no ☹️ how come that happens?
I dug them up when they were in flower to reposition them in the display last year 😂😂 OCD much. Bulbs can be tricky to flower every year and these dwarf irises are known to be a bit unreliable. I should really add plenty of grit when I plant them but I can only buy grit on Amazon 😰
Lovely Kerry @kez001uk 😊
Beautiful, no sign of any flowers for me yet 💜💜
Whoops, it seems I was telling porkies, I found one in the front garden when I left for work. Must get a pic in tomorrow 💜😂
@ublaszko oh they’re traumatised from moving home 😂 grit is a pain to buy! It’s so heavy 😝
