@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom some things I thought I’d lost have come back but still a great deal is gone. Some things I’m not surprised by but it’s mostly big, established plants that died. Herbaceous stuff seems ok for the most part. Even pampas grasses didn’t make it 🤯

I've got them on mine too, I've never noticed them in previous years 🤔

I must check mine as I've never know them set seed before either 😯

I've never seen the seed pods before I usually cut back after flowering for a second flush later on

@pelly seeing yours made me check mine 😛 nothing on 2 but this one is loaded 🤩

@jeatacake usually I cut them back but this one only just stopped flowering and these are on most branches. Never noticed them before. Be interested to know if you have some too 😛

@alan1111 same but this one flowered right up to last week. All the older branches are covered with seed pods 😋 strange goings on 😂

@pelly I was reading up on them and apparently they set seed readily. And it’s meant to be the best way to propagate since they don’t like being moved. Strange none of us have noticed seed pods before if they’re so typical 😕

I read the same. I've been out and checked mine again, I think, hope, the pink ones may have self seeded but there are still a few pods on the white ones. I've taken one off and am going to see if it will dry out indoors 👍

@jeatacake this one is way behind the pink and white ones but only planted mid-March so not doing too bad. Excited for it to flower 😁 will always confuse me that we live not too far apart yet our plants run on completely different schedules 😜

Just checked on mine & it has a flower shoot on it, but it's not as bushy & sturdy looking as yours. When you see the temperatures on the TV weather map, it's usually a fair bit warmer where you are. We had a thunderstorm here & got a load of much needed rain last night. Any around your way?

Definitely. Same with some people too! 😁 I've heard of others singing the praises of Farmer Gracie. I've been missing a trick, again, lol! We were lucky with the rain. It wasn't expected either. The ground got a good soaking, as did all plants in pots & tubs. The water butt & other rainwater collectors have about 2 day's+ worth in them now 😊
