Such a simple looking plant.. But, sooo beautiful! Do you know what I mean Kerry?!

@kamaki I absolutely do, love lavender so much. But I struggle to keep it alive for some reason 😐 I’d love pots full of it!

Why do you think you struggle to keep it alive?... Is it the watering, the light? That's interesting... I've got three pots of it, all different varieties..

@porto they’re a lost cause. No matter what I try it dies 😔

They look healthy but they haven't really put on much growth by the looks of it. Are they getting enough water in this heat? They like to dry out between waterings but they're not succulents 😂😂 The soil doesn't need to be bone dry. 😉 Just the top inch should be barely moist. Or you could put some pretty stone mulch to keep moisture in for longer. ☺

@ublaszko I’m doing all those things but just doesn’t seem to matter 😂 left off top dressing so I can keep an eye on the soil but that’s not worked 🤣

@kamaki I wish I knew. I’ve had 4 attempts at growing it - plug plants right through to established plants, but no matter what I do it dies. This lot has improved since the last time I took photos (scroll back to the collage) but it just crisps up and dies every time

That is strange..! It would be great if one day you found out the reason!!
