It's come out very well with your camera ❤️ I have a lot of red flowering plants but no matter what light I snap them in, they usually don't turn out too well. The 'Red Dwarf' syndrome usually prevails! 😄

@jeatacake 😂 red dwarf 😛 red is evil to photograph. Dull days do help keep it from doing that blurry thing 😜

Yes, dullness helps for sure. It also helped with the blue of my ceanothus (before it became a shadow of its former self). I suppose expensive cameras can handle it compared to my bog standard Samsung phone!

It is beautiful. A really vibrant colour. Was just in the garden looking at my chewed flowers. Something got my carnation and those pretty treasure flowers. I may move them to a pot. They get them every time. The 2 heuchera have lovely big bites out of them. Honestly you would think a dog was biting them. 🤷‍♀️😡😞

It is raining again today too and really cool. I had to repot my new hosta. The new pot I had it in was not draining well. The rain saturated the soil so the water pooled on top. Was worried I would lose it. 🙀🤞🤞

Did not waste any time when I noticed. Wish new pots had better drainage. I usually check and we drill more holes but this one looked adequate but was anything but. 🙀👍😍

@hkyfvr maybe with the soil being so wet it had blocked the holes. I didn’t know that was a thing until recently 🙈

That is probably what happened. It’s always something isn’t it 😞⛈⛈

Mine lasted two days it’s blown to bits....😒

They are a lovely dark red very nice. My Asiatics are not far from opening. I got four bulbs last year they had eight flowers one each stem. This year each stem has around 25 flowers not only that they had babies and half of them have between one and three buds
