@ublaszko these are the only ones that aren’t getting eaten before they open 🙈 maybe the ‘fire’ is warning the pests off 🤣

@sieveheadsarah not sure they should be flowering but rarely seem to stop 😅
@wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom aptly named 😛
My yellow one is flowering again Kerry 👍🏼😍 oh and I keep forgetting to tell you that those 2 Hosta that I chopped the leaves off have already grown back to the same size as my replacements 👍🏼👍🏼
@sieveheadsarah they do what they fancy I think 😂 oh wow! They came back so fast 😯
They did Kerry, I was very surprised 👍🏼
It's a real 🔥 cracker 👍
@jeatacake 🤣 you’re on fire tonight Jeff 😉😉
My mum warned me not to play with matches & my grandma told me not to play with fire. I was obviously not listening! 😉😁🔥
@jeatacake 😂 can be too much fun sometimes 😉🤣
That's not what they said. A bit more like getting my fingers burnt (or worse)! 😲😄

Those almost look like pottery!! Their really pretty I love fall blooming plants. Pretty pretty 🎄⛄️
@terrimclaughlin I’ve not had these flower before. Thought they were the same as my firecrackers but they’re much more delicate looking. And completely agree, the few flowers that appear this time of year really are pretty ❤️
These look exceptionally pretty!💘😍
So pretty!
@ShelleySnyder thank you 😀 primula flowers are always so perfectly formed
@grelis thank you 😃
@gjones thanks 😄 I’m so sure they are polyanthus firecracker but the flowers look so different to the others I have 🤔
Gorgeous😍
@kimguy thank you Kim ☺️ hope you’re doing ok since Lily passed 😘
They are kinda perfect little things aren't they!🤗💘😍
Thanks for asking Kerry. I'm ok. I am missing her. She was always by my side on the couch. The other cats are loving the extra attention. Lily was buried next to Gizzy who died a month earlier.
I like the red edging ❤💛❤💛

@davegat88 that’s so kind, thank you 😁 I’m lucky a lot is still in flower and I only photograph the good bits 😉😂😂
@davegat88 I think the same about your house plants 💚 I struggle to keep them alive indoors so it’s so nice seeing yours looking so great!
@kez001uk Gorgeous colour!!!
Omg how are you lot keeping colour
@gjones thanks Katy ☺️ these ones have flowered pretty much continuously for over a year now so I hope they continue to through winter 😛
@anges thank you Ange 😊
@wtwitchell6969 a lot of my plants are flowering out of season 😂 not that I’m complaining 🤣
Where r u in the uk
@wtwitchell6969 I’m in Cambridge, yourself?
@kez001uk Swindon
@wtwitchell6969 pretty much the opposite side of the country! We are quite lucky here because most of the bad weather doesn’t hit us, or at least it’s usually a lot less harsh
@ukjohnny 🤣🤣🤣 that it is John 😉

Beautiful colour 😍
@katgreen they never seem to stop flowering either! ❤️💛
@gjones the big pot they’re in is full of them, haven’t been without flowers in over a year now 😍
@gjones do the flowers last long on yours? These seem to turn to mush within a few days
Wow, that's some superpowered primula. Mine last meagre 3 months in the spring. They stop flowering in May once the weather starts to warm up.
@gjones I googled them and they look lovely! I think they are different though so explains why they last so long 😁
@ublaszko I do keep them in shade all the time. They live in a cool damp area and seem to be thriving there 😛
#bestofaugust
I always thought they needed some sun to flower but I'll keep it in shade for now. Thank you!
@ublaszko mine get no direct sun at all so may be worth trying 😊 welcome 😁
I know they like to be cool in summer so they always spend the summer in shade but never thought to keep it there all year round. I have a bright yellow one.
@ublaszko yellow is my favourite but only have one til it decides to multiply! I hope the shade thing helps with it flowering longer. Most of mine are in flower now or at least budding

Super colour 💛💛❤❤
@midnightgardener they seem to flower forever too!
@kez001uk Brilliant! It's the same with two of my Bidens, a yellow and an orange one. Fantastic little bushy plants 😃
@midnightgardener always nice to have a few you can rely on to brighten up the place 😁
Absolutely that's why we do this gardening lark!! 😊😊
