I’ve not heard of this before. I’ve got lots of pulmonarias in my garden, Karen, and I’ve never been bothered by flies. @KOutdoors

Oh yes, give them a go, Karen! The ones with the silvery blotched leaves are the best as they have pretty flowers and interesting foliage. @KOutdoors

Sadly they don’t repeat through the year, Allison, but they’re worth having in the spring garden as they’re so pretty 💙 @allhop74

@gjones that’s what I have to keep reminding myself, in a year or 2 it’ll look so much better 😂

@gjones still pots but trying to make everything out there as self sufficient and evergreen as possible. A low maintenance area will be so nice 😂

@gjones had a small square with mostly roses and heuchera but the grass would never grow along the fence so there’s now a gravel border around the outside but retaining most of the grass

@gjones hope it will be. I’ll post a photo when it has some pots in place 😜
