@msmac thanks Angela ☺️ I have it growing up a trellis and I tie it in occasionally but it’s pretty good at finding its own way to be honest. The stems become thick very fast though so might want to tie it in on a regular basis if you’re wanting a particular shape 😁

Ah brilliant thank you. I have tie in a bit already but will keep an eye. I got a bargain because there where almost 3 plants in the pot 😃

@gjones if you click on this photo and look back at the previous one it’s not just new growth that’s turning pink 😜 I remember when I got it last year that quite a few leaves turned red so maybe it’s what happens this time of year. I will have to look into it because it’s a different plant that what I thought I had (and had ordered 😂)

@ublaszko I’m not sure it’s meant to be 😂 I’ve no idea what is going on with it. When I got it the leaves turned red and since summer they’ve gone like this. Seems to be growing ok and has flowered but doesn’t look right to me 😕

The leaves look quite round compared to the plain green star jasmine which are quite pointy. Maybe that's what doesn't look right? I like that the leaves change to red in autumn 😍 I have a star jasmine on my wishlist but not sure if it will survive outside in the north.

@ublaszko it doesn’t look like any I’ve seen on here but it flowered the same. Must have a mutated version 🤣 it survived as a plug plant here through the beasts so I bet if it was sheltered or against the house you’d be ok 🙂

The flowers definitely look like star jasmine but it's probably just a newer variety. I wouldn't worry if it's flowering. It must be happy where it is, especially since it survived the beast from the east. And variegated leaves are always interesting, even when the plant is not in flower. 😍
