Help me identify this plant. I know it's an average not sure of variety. Would you leave it in the pot?

As long as it not root bound , I would leave in pot . I take of top compost and mix new compost with fish blood and bone and top dress and give a good watering. If it looks root bound and you've got a spot you'd like to plant it then do it and feed and water well. You may have to break pot so you don't damage roots. Hope this helps 👍
