I understand! We had 2 washers, a dryer and a microwave die on us as well this year. They make everything so crappy anymore. @gjones

@gjones like I said if you haven’t gotten your washer yet I’d call the nearest corporate hdqtrs if the makers of the washer and the hdqtrs. of the store you bought it from and ask nicely but talk to a supervisor sometimes following the chain of command and speaking with the corporate offices might make a difference.
