What a beauty! How hard are these to grow?

I've only had it one year, it didn't die back over winter at all just slowed down. They are known to be harder to look after but I've managed ok. It's in the greenhouse all year around and in a deep pot that gets watered every so often but not always submerged in water with a little air flow next to the greenhouse door on hot days. So it's in its own tray so it's not always in water like the rest of them. I'm going try and divide it next spring I think 🤞 @Soph1e
