I never know when they are ready. But I reckon if you have cucumber in the fridge then leave it but if you want fresh cucumber tonight then pick it. Looks like you have loads more growing. I'm sure that was no help at all !!!

Just wondering @linfoster do you keep one stem going up the stick for your cucumbers and cut the rest of or keep them all on?
