Kimmy, is there still time to sow some pumpkins and squashes? I'm new to growing veg and I'm toying with the idea of growing some bush butternut. I sowed my courgettes earlier and they're already producing male flowers. Just wondering if I missed the boat for winter squashes.

You can still sow pumpkin in June, they grow very quickly. I normally have mine out by now just to get them out of the way but I'm a bit late in getting organized. I would do them this week though @ublaszko

I'm going for dwarf squashes so I think they should be ok to sow now and harvest before first frost.
