Definitely bugs#kipcott I make my own solution of water that I boil down with citrus peels from all the oranges I eat along with crushed red pepper flakes,Cajun and lavender or rosemary and let steep overnight. I have a pump sprayer so I make a big batch of it spray perimeter and affected plants.
