Help me identify this plant
#plantid please help me identify this plant, since taking the photo 2 years ago the lovely plant tag at the back of the pot has been lost, i would take a more recent pic but its looking in bad shape and only scrapes though to the next year, i know its a ground over plant thats 5-10cm in hight, its sort of evergreen as it dies a bit during winter, the flowers are a light blue even though you cant see that well in the pic. Any help given is welcome as I would love it to come back to full health.
