It is lined yes but plants in a pot to. Yes i have a picnic basket im going to plant up when i get round to it, ive painted waterproof sealant on it so it wont rot @Teresah

I use old compost bags turned inside out ( they are usually black inside) to line anything I'm using to grow plants in. Hanging baskets, baskets, etc @TeresaH
