It's not primrose, looks like petunia.
Maybe Convolulus tricolor? It’s a type of Dwarf morning glory

Lol! I better quit while I’m ahead then 😄 hopefully you’ll get loads more flowers shortly, and when they open a bit more you’ll see the nice yellow centres 👌🏼
