Looks really happy they like being tight in there pots. But that very thin plastic one that it's in isn't great. If you do report use a clear plastic one or a cedar wood open box type one. They like light on their roots as well as a spray on the aerial ones. Goodluck it looks lovely and healthy

I'm sure you can they also like to be warm and misted every day. I struggle to keep these as my house is to cool but my dad does amazingly with them he keeps them in his bathroom window.
