4/28/19 my double headed black prince. I think one of the heads may even be splitting again. Not sure if this is common for this species

1/26/19 big update since the last photo. My black prince suddenly decided to have two heads? No idea why, but he looks pretty cool!
@KelsiBriana thanks! I always try to photograph the plant in the same orientation each time to track the progress. I haven’t updated in a long time, way overdue!
@KelsiBriana sometimes it’s hard to tell. I’ve been thinking of marking the bottom of each pot with a small dot with a sharpie or something and then always remember that it should be in the 6 o’clock position or something like that. Just haven’t got around to it
Fab pic 👌👌

I thought this new growth was a flower, but it's growing slow and it seems like it is just two heads growing spontaneously. The color also seems odd.

It's a little easier to see the new growth in the center that I believe could be a flower?

I was just checking on all my plants and I'm noticing some extra growth at the center of my black prince. Fingers crossed that it is going to try to send out some flowers!!!

This one has grown a lot lately, but still could use some more time sunbathing

New growth is standing up tall, but still not turning dark

His leaves grow quick, but still too green

It is still pretty green, but the leaves are standing up tall, so I don't think it is etiolating. Just wish it would darken up.

Set all the succulents in the window for some sunshine. Just admiring this odd forked leaf on my black prince

Still can't get him to darken up under my grow light, but he's happy anyway so it's okay

Doing good!

The new growth is nice and compact, but the color stays a dark green instead of black. It's under my grow light next to my PVN which is doing great! Not sure why it won't darken any more

4/28/19 it looks like this side is splitting again to create a third head
Great colours.
