Another prop I found and it's the same species as one I'm already growing
1/27/19 these two have gotten much bigger, but still clinging to their mother leaf
Did you bury the tip, or just lay it on the surface for propagating?
@lcd35 hi there! I usually just lay the leaves on the soil and when the roots start to show, I gently cover the roots with a bit of soil. I’ve had props grow their leaves on the underside before, so it’s good to not bury them so they can be checked on and flipped over if needed. I’ve had props use up the leaf quickly before and others who keep their leaf for several months. They all just go at their own pace 😁
