Spider plant... one of the easiest plants to grow in hanging baskets. Then can pot up the little plants that come off the mother plant. Although are regarded as a pest in some states.

Possibly it could be just dry. Give it a good watering, although Brisbane's weather looking like we might get some rain today. @Allira
