Near Philadelphia. Zone 7a/b Mostly have succulents right now but plan on branching out to plenty of other plants eventually!

Biggest concern is this guy, only one droopy leaf hanging on after repotting and the stem on the left seems discolored and slightly mushy. Rot maybe? Should I just give it time and see if it spreads before removing it or cut it off and try to propagate now #succulent-advice #succulenthelp #succulent

Last score from the nursery, when I saw they had something crested I got so excited! The few large leaves it has are droopy and some parts (The taller ones) seem to not be doing so hot but there seems to be lots of new growth and hopefully I can get em' a bit healthier :) and tips or diagnoses? #succulent #succulents #sedum #crested #succulent-advice #succulenthelp

It is an awesome find!!! I think they kept it too wet..... I'd just repot it and let it dry out.

@PunkyKy Thanks thats what I was thinking :) Really hope I get to see em' fill out. The fact that it already has a bit of growth is certainly reassuring. Surprising they overwatered it though. Most of their other plants and succulents seemed to be pretty well taken care of! Oh well atleast it's in a place where it can get plenty of tlc now haha

Sometimes when I get em also soaked or even when the rain soaks them too much I have to take them out of that soaked water and put in new soil- for whatever it is and that helps can't tell on ur pic about the dirt but just a thought it helps on my 🌱 its going to look really cool. I like different pretty green shade too
