Looks like you have an infestation of citrus leaf miner, cut back as many of the affected leaves, put them in a bag in the bin and give it a good spray with pest oil
Hmmm it maybe too far gone to spray it with what you have been using. If it has no flowers or fruit you could use a systemic like max guard or confidor. It will kill anything that eats the plant itself. Also try moving it to a different position as it maybe getting reinvested from a nearby plant.
Ok this is a weird one , but boil some chilli powder and garlic in a cup full off water , let it cool - mix a bit of dish washing detergent, and to a litre of water and pray up and lower leaves, don't do it if the sun is full on... Evening... Do all around the soil to. Should do the trick depending on eggs etc, do it over the bugs life cycle.. Also put shiny tin foil or the like around the base, screws up there light sense ... Should see a difference if not eradicate it.
What have I not done to keep this potted lime tree happy?

I cut back about 8 weeks ago as it grew like this sprayed with recommended stuff told to fertilise, I did that. So do it again? What stops this mite?

Hello , I had this once and had to spray with oil weekly and used confidore in the soil - basically water the soil with a solution weekly for 4 weeks
