Tulipa 'Finola'

My tulips are started to look awful before they've even flowered. Not sure if they stayed out too much, but hope they start looking healthier soon. 🙏

Can you see flower buds at all Emma?? I have some that look like this and there’s no buds 😞

@sieveheadsarah yes they have buds but small. are yours in pots too?

Some in pots some in the ground, it was fifty fifty with the pots this year, seadov red were awful the flower buds were all shrivelled up and my new species tulip also developed a tiny flower bud which came to nothing, I’ll be planting them into the ground. I’ll tag you in a picture. I don’t think yours will flower 😢😢

They’re done for Emma, I’ll be planting them in the ground, hopefully they’ll flower next year. Did you see the pic I tagged you in?? How are yours doing?

@sieveheadsarah I did see it Sarah. Oh dear, we have been unlucky! Mine are done for too now there are buds but they just seemed to of given up! Will you plant them now in the soil?

I think the weather has been confusing for some of the tulip bulbs this year Emma, I will be planting them in the ground once I decide where abouts.
