Ahhh @Cath1988 ... this was last years post!! Sadly my current crop have been attached by the dreaded carrot fly!! I have had to destroy them. I usually sow seed early but next year i shall wait till late spring before sowing ....

Oh no 😓! I hope next years works out better and nothing else has been affected. I've noticed some aphids on my aubergine plant, do you have any tips? I read that you can use soap spray

@Cath1988 ... try an insect soap spray and also those hanging sticky traps. Aubergines are well known for attracting bugs!
