Looks like some form of apple, but it has been getting watered on the fruit and foliage and looks like fruit rot is the result.

My grandma made paradise jelly. It was called that the 3 fruit in it rarely were ripe at the same time. Quince was one of the fruits! I'll ask if anyone has the recipe. @Liz3202
