Some leaves on my Hebe 'Baby Boo' have been turning (dark) brown at the edges. The leaves tend to be ones at the bottom. What's causing this? Over/under watering or disease?

To change a plant name: Go to profile. Scroll to plant. Don't tap on it. Swipe record from right to left = brings up edit button. Select encyclopedia link. Tap and select "change plant link".
