They're definitely a mother of thousands but I'm not quite sure of the specific variety @KelsiBriana. I'm actually gonna do a little research now.

Are you sure they are Kalanchoe? They look like Baby bears paws to me. But the photo isn’t very clear in terms of light and focus.
