It's definitely survived the winter and being planted out for the first year!

@kimmy01 ...... sadly it's looking a bit dead .... I'm hoping it's not since it survived the last winter in a pot ....
Still looks ok to me Loretta @LLW ......too early for new growth. I had one but had to cut it right down as it got totally out of control :(
Not time to give up yet.
Looks about the same as mine apart from I've got a few leafs on top but its been kept indoors ... I recon yours will start shooting new leafs soon x

I bought this last year as a very sad bargain bucket buy and planted it in a big pot over the winter. Miraculously it survived so I'm going to give it a go! Anyone else got one and any top tips? I'm still deciding whether to grow it up the fence on a trellis or to buy an obelisk type frame and grow it up that. The fence does catch the wind in the winter so I'm still a bit undecided on whether it's the right place for it or whether I need to make room against the wall.
Wall would be best as its stronger
How's this doing now @LLW ? I've just bought one my self 😊🍇🍇
Very exciting! First grapes on my grapevine after about 5 years!!
