Hebe rakaiensis

Help me identify this plant. Bought as part of evergreen hanging basket mix 2 years ago planted out last spring.

Looks like a Hebe Rakaiensis

Definitely some kind of Hebe

Thanks @theurbangardener & @cheesey73 the leaves look like Hebe Rakaiensis but mine hasn't flowered (yet) 🤔

Its a hebi i have one it is every old but has tiny white flowers every summer

Could also be hebe buxifolia, which to confuse matters also has tiny white flowers in the summer :) its leaves are deep green and glossy

I think you could be right there Graham, it looks more like a h. buxifolia. It's not hummockforming like a h. rakaiensis thanks @gardengimp
