Why is my geraniums going like this beautiful one week like this the next pkease help

Getting very hot

Is there any signs of caterpillars eating leaves, by tiny black balls? Possibly radiated heat coming off surfaces? Check moisture of soil - stick finger into soil. If wet allow to dry out a little before next watering and if dry, give good watering and maybe some fertiliser @loopielou
