@dirtgirlworld they are magnificent. Their flavor is mild yet with a hint of something different (citrus?). I had them first from a farmer's market and was so pleased they could grow here. Yes, a scrub of the exterior prickles and eat it like an apple! 😋 Hanna will be very happy with them I am sure. 💕

Oh, NO! Dar, mine sure have had issues this year. I planted two packages so I could have enough to make pickles...not one has produced! I have seen flowers too, but then nothing. Weather? Bad batch of seeds? It can not be us! 😱 @SikoMa
