That's good to know I have a small baby cutting you gave me awhile ago & the mother one I lost just recently to scale. Initially you gave me a red one & I have the baby from that one too. @blueheart my mix...dirt. I am very bad and just use my yard dirt alot of the time. ......i have no new starts on it. Try again next year.

@blueheart Ha, Ha, Ha! My dirt is always needing extra love. It is hard clay! When i first moved in twenty years ago I could barely get a shovel in it. 😉

@lovestogarden I can totally relate! We have had to amend ours too, like you, we have heavy clay and rock. Grows weeds like crazy though!
