Another new gift for myself 😁 this #mammillaria scheidiana reminds me of the Lophelia pertusa Sea Coral. So interesting to me. ❤️ This also has #seed in the two bright pink pods. I was told (Glen) that to check their viability, once the seed is removed from it's pod, to soak it in distilled water, if it sinks, it is good, if it floats, it is not. Next, plant in shallow soil and place inside a clear plastic bag. #succulent #cactus #mammillaria-scheidiana #seedpod #southerncalifornia #california
