@columbiariver, I have finally found one that I know for sure I had in my encyclopedia and is no longer there. 🙁 The original photo is gone and comments, but she has given me a #flower. @columbiariver - I'm sorry that you felt that way.... 😔 I'm sure that wasn't their intention, at all. More likely asking the obvious questions first. But I do agree that we need to let them know of any quirky issue that we have. It normally isn't happening to just one user, but many of us. Again, my apologies as an Ambassador that you felt dismissed. 😙

Hi @lovestogarden thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of some issues with plants being deleted (originally raised by @columbiariver thank you Laura 🙏🏼). We have not yet been able to identify the cause of the issue but it does help to have more examples, thank you. We will continue to investigate.

Thank you @columbiariver , @KariSamuel and @usgardentags! You are ALL so wonderful. I also waited to be absolutely sure Laura, as I am very absent minded. I know @cyndi has also had issues. There are bugs in our gardens and bugs in our Gardentags. 😂 I am sure it will be figured out. I know they can be troublesome. ❤️ I DO love this app and this community. ❤️❤️
