Scilla peruviana

Help me identify this plant, and how can I get his leaves to stand up again after all the wind in Melbourne lately? He is completely flat now and looking rather sad. 💨🤒

Looks like a #scilla and there's not much you can do now the leaves have been flattened... 😕
