Capsicum Annuum 'Basket Of Fire'

Im amazed to see the how much this has grown. There is even the start of flowers on it.

Gosh they're massive. I sowed mine mid-February and they only have one set of true leaves so far. They're on the sunniest west facing window.

@ublaszko they were on a heat mat untill they got to big for the propagator wich probably helped. The seeds were also sewn in December wich also helped.

Wow, that's amazing. Did you have any additional light or just daylight? We love chillies and we use them daily for cooking so it would be great to have them on hand. My partner's getting used to plants in the house so I might get away with adding a grow light this year 😄

@ublaszko I didnt have any additional light. I did have grow lights but they are used for orchids. The window is south facing wich helped but I did use a heat matt you really need one to grow chilli's from seed.

Sounds good! I'll have a look at some heat matts to get for my windowsills.
