Doing well so far #gyo #treespinach the leaves are very good in salad and the flowers and seed head in stirfrys

Never heard of this. Must try it next year 🙂

@charlotte I got the seed from chiltern seeds. I only heard of it last summer when I saw it in a national trust garden and then spotted it in a RHS magazine it's a Mexican vegetable

@buzzygems yes of course 🙂. This is a Mexican tree spinich. I wonder if it's a compleatly different plant type to yours?
