My desert #gooseberrys have ripen. Ok I admit there where quit a few more that I m have eaten straight off the bushes as they ripened over the week. #gyo #homegrown

They are @vegandmore if i wasnt tryng to loose weigh i would be tempted make a raised gooseberry pie. Bit like a pork pie made with hot water pastry but with sweet gooseberrys in it and apple and mint jelly. Use the solid crisp and dry veg fat insted of lard to make the pastry and add a pinch of sugar rather than salt.

Its been some time since I last did @vegandmore I av feeling it was Christmas mince pie. I tend to make gooseberry fool made mostly with Greek yogurt with my gooseberrys.

@emch very much so I do lover desert gooseberrys which these are. So good strait off the bush.

Lots if flowers on my ted gooseberrys this year. Hopefully that means lots of fruit if the birds don't get them first.

No idea which gooseberry this is except its red. Just thinned out the fruit 15oz picked. Going to make gooseberry fool for breakfast next week. #gyo # gooseberry

Yes of course @charlotte although I recomend a sweet raised gooseberry pie. Looks like a big pork pie but is sweet and vegy and vegan friendy
