Love gardening, especially succulents probably cause I can forget them for ages. South east Melbourne area. Always learning.

#rose poor baby was badly affected by black spot. Looked so poorly. I removed all affected leaves (had next to none left) and begun the spray, spray. Looking great now #fingerscrossed

A bee enjoying the flowers, since gardening definitely get a lot more bees around and I'm so glad to have some food in autumn for them. #rose #pinkflower #bee #autumnblooms

This is the first time it's thrown some orange in there. It didn't come named, it said eureka miniature roses on it but that was all. :)

Flower appreciation day for me. I feel like I'm being tortured sometimes, this one has powder mildew and seems no matter how much I spray and remove the affected foliage it comes back. I don't overhead water and cut back on watering in general, anyone else know what else I can do? The water on there now is from rain #miniturerose #rose #autumnblooms #mildew #pleasehelp

Does it get a full day of sun? Sunlight is the best antifungal. A good sprinkling of copper dust demolishes powdery mildew. Never fails me

Yes it's outside in my sunniest spot, which isn't that sunny at the moment, it's mid autumn. And isn't crowded or anything. Should I just try and do a better job also protecting it from rain?

I always wonder when are you meant to cut the older flowers off? Is it when they completely die off or now when they're open and starting to no longer look their best? #miniturerose #rose #autumnblooms #deadheading

Well, roses sold without names really grind my gears! Is it is true miniature?

It is small, I found the container and it says eureka miniature roses and the flowers are small.
