@mandycoy I love radishes. I grow a red icicle radish every year that get 6 inches or better. Mild too. I roast them in garlic butter, lacto fermented pickle them and blanch and freeze them to roast in the winter. Many things can be done with them. Slice them thin and try them in fresh salsa. The leaves can be used in salads or fermented like sauerkraut. Very underestimated veggie. One of my favorites. Tom
