Calendula 'Powerdaisy Sunny'

Hi there! This morning when I checked my Calendula Kercalsun "Power Daisy Sunny" I noticed these small insects on some of the flowers. Are they bad for the plant? Should I get rid of them? Thanks for your help. I'm still a beginner
