Amelanchier lamarckii

Wonder if anyone can identify the problem with my amelanchier. It was newly planted in November and flowered in Spring but has started to suffer from die back on one side with the leaves looking sickly and colouring up rusty red before dropping off. Hoping it's not Fire Blight. Help
