Colour has broken through today

Help me identify this plant.. I found this last year and I don’t recall planting it.. this year it looks like it’s grown a partner in crime .. will take a recent photo when I go out in the garden today

@jaynehynesburton that’s why I’m hoping I can get some advice on here, I have heavy clay soil I think here in Manchester and lots of different plants that I’m going to have to look more into their natural habitats x
