Coprosma

So the frost won in the end. I had dug it up thinking it was completely done for. Spotted a tiny shoot. So it's now in a pot. Just wish the label had said it wasn't hardy instead of saying it was! I'll give it this year to see how it goes. As i love the foliage. At least if it does well I can move it somewhere safer.. #grow #strongly 🙈🙈🌾🌿

Never realised they weren't frost hardy 🙄 there's still hope if you're seeing green though. Have you got a greenhouse or cold frame to put it till weather gets better? Failing that, grouping pots together near the house wall, creates a 'warmer' environment for them, good luck

Lost ours last year to the frost

@joanboston lost half of this, which you can see in linked picture. Managed to protect it once I realised it wasn't frost Hardy as the label suggested. This winter I'm putting my greenhouse over it...might be stupid or genius I'm hoping the latter..

This small shrub plant has taken a beating from the frost over the last few weeks lots of leaves have fallen off. Any advice on what I should do next?
